Show your support for Corey while doing a good deed for someone else at the same time! We've seen many people appear on these reality shows trying to plug something while getting in their 15min of fame. Corey Stansell decided prior to agreeing to be a contestant on The Bachelorette to use his 15 minutes to make a difference in someones life. Whether he gets 5 minutes or an hour in the end, he wanted to use whatever publicity and recognition he received to do something postiive. As someone whose always been thankful for all god has blessed him with in his life, he is well aware that not everyone out there is as blessed. Not everyone has recevied the same gifts and opportunities that he has been lucky enough to have been awared in his lifetime. Corey Stansell was so grateful for the opportunity to fly to LA and appear on television and possibly find love. He felt so blessed to have been selected to appear on the show. And he wanted to use that brief celebrity to try and bring some gifts to others that may have not been as fortunate. In order to do that, he has teamed up with a charity that is dear and near to his heart. As someone who has always exceled in athletics and lives for his competitive sports, he has attributed his sporting involvement with the focus that allowed him to stay on the straight and narrow and avoid temptation as a growing adolescent. The opporuntiy to participate in sporting leagues kept him out of trouble and away from risky behavior. If not for the opportunity of organized sports and competitive activity he is not sure what he would have done with his free time growing up. Corey Stansell has always been perplexed by the lack of availability of exercise and competitive sports in underprivileged communities. It is because of this that he thought he could use whatever attention he received from his time on the show to help bring athletics, exercise and the availability of competitive sporting leagues to underprivileged communities. Most of all, bring the opportunity for a positive alternative for children to keep them off the streets and out of trouble and get them on the courts instead! In order to accomplish this goal, Corey thought to sell t-shirts... something fans could purchase to show their support of him, and root him on throughout the show - at the same time have a trendy and comfortable new clothing item to add to their wardrobe - but most importantly give back to the community and help provide healthy & positive alternatives to kids that could not afford them otherwise. 100% of profits will be donated to Project Fit America.
